On 28 October, Alipay+ officially entered Georgia through an agreement with Neo Georgian Bank, creating a payment gateway connecting local businesses with more than 2 billion user accounts across over 50 international payment partners and more than 150 million merchants worldwide. The announcement did not disclose a transaction value or technology deployment budget.
