Varaždin Secures €25 Million EIB Financing for School and Public-Facility Improvements

On 28 October 2026, the European Investment Bank signed a €25 million loan agreement with the City of Varaždin as part of an investment programme worth approximately €100 million, combining EIB financing, EU funds and municipal resources. The programme includes school expansions, cultural and sports facilities, energy-efficient public buildings and greener public spaces, creating opportunities for education consultants, school infrastructure planners and institutional development specialists.
